Raised as an only child, Ayo experienced early challenges after his father left when he was an infant. Growing up with his mother in a one-bedroom council flat, he learned resilience from a young age. After being expelled from school and spending time in care while his mother was in jail, Ayo’s early life was defined by change and adaptation.
Although Ayo didn't excel in formal education, he made a firm commitment to take control of his future and build success against all odds. Through relentless focus, creativity, and determination, he discovered a path in the property industry and took massive action toward his goals. By the age of thirty, Ayo had achieved self-made millionaire status.
Having reached many of his personal goals, he went on to found Millionaire Young, a mentoring platform that has inspired and educated thousands across the UK. His work and story earned him recognition on BBC Radio and several mainstream UK television programs. In 2019, he received the African Achievers Award at the Houses of Parliament for his contributions and success.
Established as a creative buy to let expert, Ayo sought a bigger challenge and, in 2021, expanded into new-build property development. His first project comprised of six build-to-rent care homes in Croydon, London. Ayo and one of his business partners have secured planning permission for more than 50 properties, which they are currently developing as part of the Gordon Farrow empire.
Although Ayo continues to offer some limited private mentorship, he has made the executive decision to step away from the Millionaire Young brand. While the venture achieved significant success, Ayo recognises that it no longer aligns with his on going growth and long-term vision.
Ayo is currently the founder and co-founder of several companies and serves as an ambassador for the Boxwise Foundation, a charity dedicated to empowering young people.
Driven by his vision to build a lasting legacy, Ayo continues to acquire and grow businesses while expanding his property empire. His long-term mission is to make a meaningful, positive impact on people across the world.
For me, mentorship with Ayo Gordon through his one to one service is priceless. Ayo is personable and really took the time to not only listen to my property goals, but also wanted to genuinely understand the reasoning and logic behind them.
